I agree completely.
OK, honest question: if our election system is broken beyond repair, what do we replace it with?
Not talking about what we have to do to get to where we can address the issue. Talking about what we do once we get there.
I don't care if there are states that secede or another Civil War or Revolution, eventually, we're going to have to unfuck the election system in thus country.
This is the way it absolutely has to be done, from the ground up.
Secession is one of the most viable paths forward. If it leads to the Second Civil War, so be it. I'd personally rather see the Republic end than become Socialist.
OK, good point. Thanks for schoolin' me, pede.
Holy shit... You are the fucking MVP.
I'll be honest with you, I'm shocked they haven't just assassinated him already.
It's because some people brought their upvote-whoring habits over from Reddit.
<----- NUMBER OF PEDES WHO VOTED FOR GEOTUS!!!
Yeah, no shit.
You are a nice person.
Thanks. Wanted to make sure the voice in my head isn't lying to me again.
What was she like in person?
Who the fuck would have guessed McKinney is based? These are weird, weird times...
Got it. Thanks for the straight answer unlike these other silly, silly, energetic pedes.
Money talks, bullshit walks.
Bookies' odds are a better metric than fucking Nate Silver analytics we're supposed to look at.
Dude, this needs to be said more often. Especially with all of the BREAKING! and IT'S HAPPENING! and Reddit-like upvote whoring going on here lately.
I can literally watch this on a loop all day long.
This is a great point. Dems and GOP in name only at this point.
Jesus, get the fuck out of the way. My President is on TV.
Oh, shit. I lol'd. Thank you for the laugh.
Stay positive, brother!
Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying 'I will try again tomorrow.'

Underrated comment right here.
Because guys at the rank-and-file level know how fucked they would be if they came forward. Most have probably seen it first hand or heard of someone who ran their mouth and is no longer around.
I was a whistleblower. Used to work for the DOJ. Me and the agent I worked with found out the scumbags above us were lining their pockets by forcing contracts to their cronies. Based on the work we were doing; this was literally putting lives at risk. We went to the Bureau and the IG with the evidence.
The agent was essentially forced to retire. Since I was just a contractor, they just fired me outright. I was unemployed for a year afterwards. My credit score is still wrecked and it was only by the grace of God that I was able to avoid declaring bankruptcy altogether. The stress of the situation led to a divorce. I’m 50 years old and literally starting over from square one. Marriage gone, savings gone, no retirement to speak of.
You know what happened to the guys we dropped a dime on? Nothing. In fact, they fucking promoted one of them.
In the movies, whistleblowers go through their trials and tribulations but are ultimately vindicated when the bad guys get their comeuppance. Well, movies and real life are two different things.
The point is: don’t be so quick to harshly judge people for not coming forward. 99% of the time it’s a losing proposition.
Well said. Needed to be said.
In 2000, Gore didn't concede until DECEMBER 13th.
This is essentially just getting started.
Got inside their OODA loop.
