The press release from U.S Customs and Border Patrol mentioned most were for college-age students. No mention of of political party affiliation; sounds more like under-21 year olds looking for a fake I.D. to buy alcohol.

Isn’t it, though? I’ve used vote-by-mail in CA for years... Started when I was stationed overseas and continued when I moved back to the States; looks like the same thing to me.
