I've probably not tried enough to make any recommendations but I've recently been trying different burgers from the butchers and I'd definitely suggest frying your burger in real butter for some extra juices.
Carnivore diet is an interesting one, ketosis was rough but I felt great afterwards, mental clarity was a huge bonus.
