I was explaining to my Vietnam veteran father about losing our small business owners. My position was it cripples us. 2 things have my mind blown on this. the guy was huge!!!well over six feet and cut up. those cops looked like little kids trying to maneuver him around. at no time did he do anything they said, at all. he argued played victim then just stopped. no can you loosen the cuffs? he was a bull. of course the drugs killed him. but when he stopped moving and playing a little bitch they should have checked him. the bystanders there were telling the cops look at him he is not moving check his pulse! they didn't. they never asked themselves why did this guy all of a sudden shut up.
now defense has to convince a jury not that the drugs killed him, anyone with any honesty knows they did. but were the cops were negligent resulting in his death. the jury will hear the people saying check his pulse something is wrong.
in the video when the ambulance showed up there are not any emt. no emt came to check his pulse start an iv bring the bag nothing. where were they? the only thing shown in the video is cops in brown uniforms. cops were doing the cpr in the ambulance. no bag no iv. why did they move him without assessing whether or not it was safe to move him? if he broke his neck or back i think throwing him on a cloth stretcher than tossing him on to a ambulance gurney is not a good idea. if he needed cpr why not there in the street.
we are all being played. within hours of the incident 2 other photos from different countries surfaced of cops with the knees on the neck.
nothing with this case makes any sense.
in my opinion the desire to virtue signal is going to get them the guilty verdict.
