Yes. Let's celebrate a kid who crosses state lines with a firearm they are not legally allowed to posses, shoots someone in the head, is chased down by people attempting to get his gun off of him since he just murdered someone, then proceeds to shoot a couple more people just for good measure. Pretty sure this kid will be getting at least 20 years.
