Everything is the DSM-5 is a health-issue. I can find 5 things wrong with anyone in 30 minutes, easy. They diagnose themselves with trivial conditions, doctors agree, and give them drugs which may or may not cause more problems to “fix”. Self-diagnosed, trivial conditions are another attention-grabbing, crutch/excuse people use to explain why their overall state is others’ fault. Yes, some of legit issues and need treatment, but I suspect the rise in number is from newly created medical conditions with little substance with open-ended and ambiguous diagnostic protocols.

We are not far off from rioters suing for not having their size. And winning.

Amazing when they HAD to pay SALT vs. get reimbursed from the fed (US taxpayers), many decided to actually move to other states.

So a stop sign but also what looks to be a cross-walk for pedestrians but the sign may be fore the sidewalk and not the road...very confusing...but since when do people on bikes follow any road rules, regardless of race.

Lock picking is easier said than done. I doubt many could do this if the restraint was in front of them and especially not behind them.

I started buying bitcoin shares when I saw John Oliver do a hit-piece “comedy” set on it comparing it to beanie babies and the Dutch tulip fad...percentage-wise, it’s been my best investment.

Urban yoga - they never fall over. Have one in front of your house? Easy solution: “Hey man, you ok, want me to call an ambulance?” - watch them get mobile real fast...I lived in Philly and sometimes one would be in front of my home - it works 100% of the time. If they don’t move, call an ambulance, they may really need it.

Why not just “fact check” it and show it’s wrong? Oh, yeah.

People like this are not always IQ smart, but very creative. They are particularly good at exploring a thought or bias and creating or manipulating data to support it. They are so good at this, they convince themselves they are right. A doctor should never diagnose anyone without a proper exam, but I have no doubt she believes 100% in her diagnosis.

Most will never get a job with any significant salary and will never pay that much in taxes because their skills have no market value. If anything, they’ll get a government or pseudo government job (e.g., diversity director, coordinator, or some other nonsense) likely paired with a pension to further add debt and increase taxes.

Police were quick when he pulled a a gun. Did they just show up at that point or did they watch the man get assaulted and do nothing?

I’ve said this for some time. Scott Adams has also backed this strategy. It’s not enough just to say it tongue-and-cheek. It must be 100% sincere with also typically means 100% ridiculous.

Diesel fuels trucks. Trucks and truckers ship goods. I’m all for alternative and competitive power, but why turn the spigot off before the other is barley dripping?

There is homeless economy where the ‘charities’ and goodwill redirected from tax payers by politicians go right into the pockets of connected cronies. Never let a good crisis go to waste. Homelessness is not an easy problem to solve, but there have been much better and more efficient ideas proposed, only to be halted by bureaucratic and arbitrary rules intended to help nobody but connected cronies and their political partners.

This is why some cops appear to be assholes. No, you can’t smoke with cigarets...1 uncooperative jester = handcuffs and backup and additional charges. Hopefully he’s ok, but this could have prevented the shooting. Although, then he may be fired for doing his job given the color/gender of the suspect despite treating everyone the same.

Selected by the defense...both sides to get to pick - they pick people they think will go their way.

Rent did not stop, it was a pause. Now they are expected to pay a years’ worth right away...yep, I bet they’ll cut a check right away and square things with the owners.
