Rocky 1-3 were more realistic...4 and 5 were too far-fetched, even for movies.
Rocky 1 Apollo and Rocky tie (he goes the distance), Rocky 2, Apollo and Rocky fight again and he becomes the champ. Rocky 3 is Clubber Lang (MR. T) and IMO, the best Rocky and where it should have ended. Rocky 4 and 5 were money grabs. Creed 1 and 2 were pretty good (not Rocky 1-3) but far better than 4 and 5.
Because of use-it-or-lose-it polices. It’s common in the corporate world too. Return money and they reduce your budget for the next year/quarter when you may need it, hence frivolous spending. Every government department works this way and they constantly have their hands out and a laundry list of reasons for larger budgets.
Bit of a generalization but accurate with respect to large groups, but I’d still consider each on an individual basis and let filtering work. I’d rather have a strong leader, regardless.
