It's actually amazing how simple tabulating votes where 1 vote = 1 vote should be.
They've managed to devise this entire complex system around that simple concept somehow. There shouldn't be anything related to formulas or ratios involved with such a simple 1 vote = 1 vote system.
If the tabulation is where the fraud is happening, this behaviour is plausible under the flowing scenario.
County submits their vote count. Database is updated. After this update the manual or automatic intervention kicks in and flips votes from one candidate to another.
How else would u take the same number of votes from one, and attribute them to the other. It just doesn't make sense
For updates to be taken from one candidate and given to the other, the only legitimate reason would surely be that a county have done a recount and identified problems with their initial count.
Any additional votes submitted should be entirely additive. Neither parties numbers should decrease that is not how vote counting works!
The beauty of having the fraud in the tabulation side of this is counties would think they've sent their reports correctly and be none the wiser if the changing of votes is occurring after the fact. You would have to audit every vote in the tabulation software against each counties vote counting to verify a 1 to 1 relationship.

If they bring attention to this it actually hurts their cause because people will begin to lookup the countless number of people that have died or will die due to preventable procedures and check ups not occurring due to the restrictions imposed due to covid.
