From an earlier Tweet https://twitter.com/LLinWood/status/1339637980927991808?s=20

"In discussing @realDonaldTrump in phone conversation in 8/19, Justice John Roberts stated that he would make sure “the mother f#*ker would never be re-elected.”

Roberts engaged in phone conversations with Justice Stephen Breyer discussing how to work to get Trump voted out."

--- and this followup ---

"This may be most important tweet of my life.

Chief Justice John Roberts is corrupt & should resign immediately. Justice Stephen Breyer should also resign immediately.

They are “anti-Trumpers” dedicated to preventing public from knowing TRUTH of @realDonaldTrump re-election."

Follow up:

"The documentation of my claims about Justices Roberts & Breyer has been placed in hands of several third parties.

I won't put odds on it, but that's overly pessimistic as far as Trump's willingness to act. There's a reason he created that 2018 EO, and he did it because he planned to act on it.

Trump is keeping the military/insurrection act option as a last resort. He's hoping that he can find a legal solution that doesn't require that level of intervention to win the Presidency, and then he can really go to town.

In the end, the only reason Trump won't act is if he can't -- because he's lost control of the military. There's a reason he made those changes at the DOD, and that was to head off a military coup by the Democrats. There's a reason he moved control of CIA's assets to the new DOD leadership, and that was for the same reason.

The signs are clear that Trump will act -- if he has sufficient control over this incredibly complex, out of control machine.

If they're mentioning Russia, that makes this sound like disinformation.

There is no evidence of any kind that Russia has been doing anything. If they're pulling the Russia card, that means they're planning to use Russia to take heat off China.

Dec 18th means nothing. Something may be going on, but it's not public. Or it may happen after the 18th. Nothing will be public on the 18th.

December 18th MEANS NOTHING. There's a procedural deadline on the 18th, but no public acknowledgement. We need to stop setting people up for disappointment.

Entirely possible Biden tried, but Trump said something like, "Okay, but you have to fully admit what happened and turn over all evidence that you have."

And then Biden decided to take his chances.

Great link, well worth anyone's time to watch. Well-spoken lawyer really breaks it all down without hype, but with confidence about what's really going on.

That's exactly what I saw. People forget that the Ted Cruz of 2016 was a pretty slimy dude. There's a reason Trump called him Lyin' Ted.

In 2016, Cruz used his oratory powers for evil. I think watching Trump go full Power Patriot stoked Cruz's own patriotism, and he's grown to like being able to do use his powers for good.

Suggestion: As a temporary measure, have a page that displays the password from the password manager. Basically, a sign-in screen on thedonald.win that just echoes back what you send it. That way, people can display their info.

It's kind of cool that you don't need an email address on TDW, but it might be good to optionally allow entering it purely for the purposes of resetting an account.

You may have some interesting plan, but I'll suggest that just saying "repeal the income tax" doesn't have the effect you think it does for the vast majority of reasonable people. It sounds like nuttery. If you had said, "replace our current income tax system with [whatever model]", that sounds more reasonable. Everybody knows our current system sucks, but few think blindly abolishing it is a good idea, which is what you implied.

Repealing Income Tax

I like a lot of what you've been posting, but honestly this undermines your credibility and makes you look like a Libertarian nut. The modern government simply can't function on 18th century methods of raising revenue. There's just not enough money to run the world's superpower.

Horrifyingly, it has an entire section devoted to the Great Reset, with links to various marxists talking about how we need to "rethink Capitalism".

I wish I was joking. When I saw it, that was the moment I realized the Great Reset wasn't some insane, unbelievable conspiracy, but was actual reality about how fucked up things truly are. They're not even hiding it now.

The truly bizarre part about this is that Biden is supposed to be the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. Yet, he's saying he'll defer to the V.P. if there's a disagreement and resign? WTF?

The V.P. is NOT supposed to be holding veto power over the President, much less the power to kick him out.

You don't have a background in journalism, come on. Nobody with that background would say the entire media is supposed to be impartial. It's ridiculous.

Less angry-react, more thinking and assessing.

If you look at my post history, it's all about thinking and assessing. Looking at your post history, you're all about emotional, pithy comments. You literally responded to me with two all-cap words and six (count them) exclamation points, followed by three exclamation points. Yes, I can see the background in journalism coming through. Sheesh.

When you make comments like "Please get a legal dictionary" when you obviously don't know what you're talking about it, then yes, you're going to get an annoyed reaction. Less arrogance, more being actually informed would serve you well.

Media's job is to neither SUPPORT nor OPPOSE anything!!!!!! It is their job to report the news without personal bias or opinion injected into it!!!

You're talking about journalists. The media includes both journalists and opinion people. Journalism has been dead for a very long time. I would love if we had journalism again, but at this point rebuilding the news industry is not in the cards. Since you mention Tucker, he's not a journalist.

Is he misguided on many things, but not a traitor. Please get a legal dictionary.

Go fuck yourself. I know exactly what the word means (and you probably don't, based on the fact you don't understand what "media" means). Right now we have a foreign insurgency primarily from China, but also from other countries like Venezuela. A traitor, by definition, is someone who betrays their country by giving "aid and comfort" to an enemy, particularly a foreign enemy.

Insurrection, on the other hand, as opposed to treason, is when someone acts to overthrow the government, but isn't necessarily coordinating with outside powers.

Anyone in the media who willfully ignores the foreign attempt to take over our government, and pushes a counter-narrative, is giving aid and comfort to the enemy, and is treason by definition.

That doesn't necessarily mean I want Tucker in particular to stand trial for treason -- it's not impossible he's just ignorant. But there ARE members of the media who are working conjunction with the Democrats to facilitate this foreign takeover. That is both insurrection and treason.

Any media personality who doesn't support that the election was stolen and we're in the middle of a coup is either ignorant, or an enemy and a traitor. It's not about "canceling" people for wrongspeak, it's about identifying the enemy and winning the war.

I want to believe, but I really need Trump to do something. He laid out a good case for the fraud, but didn't say anything about what would be done. The only thing he called for was a recount with signature verification. He also called out Durham, which was like a knife in the gut. No help coming from there.

I really believe Trump must have some sort of plan for all this, but man we're running out of time. We need some dramatic action.

The claim was that legislators have to vote on party lines for the electors based on the 12th Amendment. That claim is false.

2
nairebis 2 points ago +2 / -0

Those are electors that are assigned by each state, and they're required to vote the way the state went. That has nothing to do with the state legislatures.

3
nairebis 3 points ago +3 / -0

The idea of being able to confirm your vote after the fact sounds really good until you really think through all the ramification of it. There's a reason we've had the concept of secret ballots for hundreds of years.

5
nairebis 5 points ago +6 / -1

If you can validate your vote, you can demonstrate to someone else how you voted. That opens the door to purchasing and/or intimidation.

That's kind of the point though. He talks. That's all he does.

To be fair, that's literally his job. What else would he do? I don't watch him, but if he's putting out at least some truth in a sea of propaganda, he's doing good.
