It's pretty funny to watch him gradually turn over time - as more information comes available and he can't deny it. Too bad he'll continue to say there's not REALLY any evidence until Trump wins and then he'll sit on the fence on that.
I still think there are some deeper darker pieces of evidence that they have, but don't want to say yet. If it really does go as high as the CIA, nothing is safe until they're in front of SCOTUS.
So far they haven't actually had any chance to produce evidence in front of a judge (to my knowledge) - but I think everything will be brought to light when it gets to SCOTUS.
