I'm terrified too. But frankly - most other countries out there are 10 to 15 years ahead of the US, when it comes to the Marxist march, and that is not our fault - it's YOUR fault. I had H1N1 long before a test was developed. It was basically the worst "flu" I've ever had. Severe spinal pain, that lingered for almost a year. Many of my coworkers had it too, and none were officially "confirmed" or counted, even though our doctors told us we had it.
Wiener is actually responsible for most of the stupid stuff you hear about SF: handing out 6 million needles, banning plastic bags which led to the poo problem; putting drug dens into residential neighborhoods; can't build apartments if they cast a shadow on a school, etc.

Don't be sad, this is a fantastic opportunity to move up in the world. I've known a lot of people who went thru rough breakups, and EVERY SINGLE ONE ended up in way better relationships. My French friend had a schizo wife for 20 years; he was miserable, but stayed because of the kids. They finally got divorced, and this guy was mid-40s and looked like a bus ran over him. Somehow he lands this gorgeous Taiwanese girl, who is 30, has a good job and bought her own home in the bay area, and is a total nympho. I'm not making this up - and she adores him. It transformed his life.
They did this in SF: they turned some houses into drug dens, where people were safe to go hang out and shoot up. They also distribute 6 million needles through these homes, and about 4 million of these needles end up on the streets, mostly in residential neighborhoods. As you can imagine - those neighborhoods will never be the same.
