Normally I would agree.
However this is a pivotal point in history. This is one of those situations where it's better to be armed and not need it, than to be armed and need it.
Just seeing a bunch of unarmed people is no longer enough. You have the constitutional right to protect your republic. The time of destiny is upon you, walk tall with a big stick or prepare to fall to communism.
If you are going to DC on the sixth, you're going there for your country, not for yourself. You will only be a casualty of the legal system if you fail to protect the republic.
In general everyone on the internet should be treated as suspect. If you’re not asking yourself if I’m a commie, you should be.
My goals align with most people on this site. I abhor violence, I believe Trump does too. An overwhelming display of force restrained should hopefully be all that’s needed. If not, then we’re in position and ready to act. The point is to keep our swords sheathed until there is no other choice.
Calls for direct violence from our side need to be tempered, succumbing to emotion will cloud our judgement. Now is the time to be cold and dispassionate.
I think that's the point I was trying to make.
The last thing I want is to be put into the position to make such a difficult choice, but the way things are heading I grow anxious that I, we, are going to be forced to make a difficult choice.
Ah yes, resort to name calling. Shows me how strong your argument is.
I'm not saying lay down and do nothing, I'm saying temper our response and wait until it's clear we have no other alternative.
Allowing our emotions to run rampant will cloud our judgement and reduce our effectiveness.
Look at it alternatively. Prove China was involved and erase a lot of debt!
