I hear what you are saying and I agree that he wasn't a good guy. But I would have agreed with the shooting if the officer shot the man when he took the taser but when the officer shot him it was when the criminal was running away and as far as I am aware he did not have a gun and wasn't being arrested for being on a murder spree or having a bomb on his person. I think the officer should of tried to chase him down and if he couldn't catch up with him he should of called for back up and put out a search. But that's is just how I see it at the moment being truthfully even tho I don't think there is many on T_D who would agree with me. But I felt I should write my option because it was differen't and show any new people that we can respectfully discuss different options on T_D.
To be honest I don't think it was a justified shooting because the man was running away and wasn't being arrested for be violent and didn't have a gun. Thats just how I see it. Should have tried chase him and if not put out a search.
