I'm in the same boat at work.
First masks.
Now daily/weekly tests.
I also expect vaccines soon.
If/when they require vaccine, will the workplace then assume liability for any issues that occur? I saw somewhere recommending you freeze your eggs or sperm before the vax if you plan on having kids, will they pay for that?
Hopefully a lawyer will take the wrongful termination suit if they fail to provide for liability.
On the Exclusion Criteria in Section 5.3, they list that individuals with a history of auto-immune disease were excluded.
They list 'Phase 1 Only', so I don't understand if those individuals were only excluded from phase 1? Or also other phases?
They also list that they excluded people who had a clinical diagnosis for covid as well. Meaning if you have had covid, you are the guinea pig if you take the vx (if I'm reading if correctly).
If your work requires you to take it, will they be liable for damages?
Will they pay for any of the recommended fertility treatments like freezing eggs or sperm before taking the vx if you are planning on having a child? Some vaccines recommend that. Will they pay for damages if you don't.
Also if you have known anaphylactic reactions to vaccine components like polyethylene glycols.
If my employer requires it, I'll tell them they will need to document that they will be liable (which they won't.).
Hopefully when they fire me a lawyer will take the case...
So you're not helping people with normal routine health issues either.
Until healthcare workers come out with some rational assessment and hold the line, but it's the same thing as cops who choose to enforce an unconstitutional law.
