Mark is doing great things here in NC! I hope he keeps it up!
Mark is awesome. He gives me some hope for NC, despite having Cooper for another 4 years.
This is a big step in the right direction. So far no one has even attempted to stand up to the indoctrination here in NC. Mark is doing a great job so far.
How about patriots like me living in a state that went red but somehow elected a blue governor? I still can't understand how Cooper got re-elected in NC.
President's Daily Brief I think
^this. Run linux, no need for avast garbage.
Welcome fellow wake county fren! I get your point.
Where did you move from?
I'd move if my wife and I didn't have family close by. I've lived in NC my whole life, I just wish people would stop being sheeple to the democratic party.
Majorly woke. Might as well be woke county.
98% of the state is red except woke county and several others. NC is a beautiful state, but the politics here are brutal. There's a dearth of common sense here. As a conservative, sometimes I feel like an outcast here.
Haha, the third image looks like the pissed off Johnny 5 from Short Circuit!
Have you folks seen their proprietary language called Apex? I'd run as fast as I can away from SFDC simply based on that. Smells like vendor lock-in to me.
It's ridiculous how low the left are. I signed the petition that Mark created about the history curriculum. WRAL had some cartoon claiming Robinson was in the klan. We are in peak clown world.
Yes we did! :D
It won't be against Roy Cooper, but I sure hope Mark wins in the next governor election. Take a look at his background. These are the types of folks we need!
Whoah, your compass is way off, you need a total recalibration. Patriotism knows no bounds and knows no skin color.
NC pede here. I feel your pain. Have some hope though. Keep your eyes on Mark Robinson, he's doing good things so far.
Just lost my lunch appetite.
Got a BJ's wholesale close by? You can get an entire pallet of Goya beans there :)
We've got them in NC now!
^this. Besides the obvious benefit of open source software normally being free, you can look at what the software is actually doing. As an engineer, I resist black boxes as much as I can. Run Linux!
I hear you. I'm thinking about feeling the job market out soon and I'm probably going to find a shop that doesn't use AWS. I have a certification that expires this year and I'm not feeling like doing the next step. And honestly, it feels like the "cloud" has made me a worse developer. Since there's so many easy buttons now and services that do everything, my coding skills have waned.
Nice offer pede! Just be sure it doesn't get hosted on AWS. I use AWS on a daily basis for work and it makes me sick to think of what they did to Parler.
127.0.0.1, there's no place like home :)
Yeah, AWS is a behemoth and a cash cow. My company's monthly spend with AWS is mind boggling :(
