Chief seat needs to be vacant and President appoints, either current justice or new one, with advice and consent of the Senate. But like all positions, it is lifetime.

So, unless Roberts dies, retires, or gets impeached, he's probably going to outlast Thomas.

Immigration of the educated and skilled only lifts all boats. It provides companies with more skilled workers and more ideas, all while creating an American dream for an American born abroad.

Low skill, visa lottery, and illegal immigration is the problem for American workers. Don't fall into the trap of isolationism and xenophobia.

That last one puts a dangerous amount of power into the Senate. It's not a balance at all. The others just make it much harder to be a representative. I agree changes are needed but these are too extreme.
