Some of the articles mention that Donald Tober had Parkinson's disease - supposedly up to half of patients may develop depression severe enough to require attention and possibly treatment.
Depression in Parkinson's disease (also in dementia) may be difficult to determine, since patients already tend to move / talk / think slowly. Add the fact that more than half of patient's with Parkinson's disease will eventually develop dementia - clouding judgment, and possibly causing depression.

If this is correct - that the upper eyelid on either eye tends to droop - maybe she does have a neurologic disorder (between nerve ad muscle signal transmission),

I actually saw a similar recent picture of demon Pelousi with the left eyelid down. Notice how the upper lid covers part of the pupil when it's supposed to be right at the upper margin of the iris.
This isn't Bell's palsy - otherwise she wouldn't be able to close that eye on that side.
This is called ptosis. Possible causes:
- (edit to add this) someone reminded us that Pelousi uses Botox up the wazoo - so that would be #1 likely cause
- trauma to the orbit (eye socket and contents) as in someone getting punched there? but no bruising around the eye
- myasthenia gravis - body produces antibodies that interrupt nerve transmission to the muscles
- inflammation of one of the nerves to the eye (for example cranial nerve III - not sure, left eye looks down and out so possible - not sure if she's diabetic? if her left eye is out of alignment she would have double vision - so not sure if that left eye is really not aligned
- chronic alcoholism - but usually with some additional findings such as poor vision in the affected eye
- underachieve thyroid gland
- probably not a brain stroke - usually lower face not upper face is affected

Georgia pede here. I thought having Republicans as Governor, Lt Gov, most of the state officials including the Secretary of State, and majority Republican State House and Senate meant assured victory for President Trump and the Republican Senators.

Not only will the government retrieve the money, it imposes penalties of triple the fraudulent payment, PLUS additional penalties per incident, PLUS exclusion from Medicare programs and possible jail time.
There's also a 10 - 15% bounty of the collected monies awarded to whistle blowers who report Medicare fraud. There are also whistle blower protection laws in place.
Anyone who reports possible fraud in good faith is protected by whistle blower protection laws.

It's about 1 -1.5 hours north of Atlanta on I-75, on the way to Chattanooga, TN.
Away from the cucked areas of Atlanta, most of Georgia is Trump Country. There's a huge billboard on I-75 supporting Pres. Trump - been up for several years now.

In high school I had a few semesters of soul searching. Read several Russian authors, including Gulag Archipelago and One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovitch, also by Solzhenitsyn.
As another pede here wrote, they're difficult to read through without breaking down. Even life under the Tsars was difficult, but extremely brutal under Communism. Like the Russian winter, a great darkness, emptiness and hopelessness will take over your soul, when you read of indescribable evil done to millions of people.
Take frequent breaks to realize you are in the present time, and give thanks to the Almighty that so far he has spared this great country the Great Evil of Communism, and that there are millions of patriots who are willing to prevent that from happening. Find support in friends and loved ones.
He is a good man - not perfect, as none of us are - but a good man. He has sacrificed so much to make things better for all of us.
