That every country is on its own in this fight. The international organizations have been utterly useless at best. The WHO- catastrophe. The UN- useless. NATO- irrelevant. The EU- cowardly. The return of nationalism is coming. Everyone realizing what Americans have always known, that if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.

Soooo why aren’t we just quarantining the elderly and frail, delivering them food etc while the rest of the population has it and develops immunity so that it’s then safe for the elderly to come out? The rest of us don’t need to be hiding. We need to let it take its course through the community while protecting the vulnerable. I dunno. Change my mind.
