Go read the case. It doesn't seem to apply to this situation, and the court's decision is not one we would welcome if it did. This is about a land patent fraudulently obtained using a document postdated by the Mexican government. The genuineness and validity of the concession from Micheltorena produced by complainant was the single question pending before the board of commissioners and the District Court for four years. We've been through a lot and come out on top. This isn't the first contested election, nor is it the first series of ongoing riots. Periods of desperate leftist leaders always bring us strong conservatives. Jimmy Carter was as much responsible for Reagan's election as anyone else. Obama brought us Trump. It's fine that Wayne County is certifying the votes. The entire corrupt, violent system is being exposed and will be dismantled.
