The Constitution only states whats in nature. The moment you realize that the Politician, the judge, the FBI director or whoever is just another bag of blood who is equal to you in all things. The Constitution becomes a framework and justification for the absolute ignoring of them. You can continue to shout "But they are liars and cheats, see what horrible thing they did" at the top of your lungs. Has it changed anything so far? has it lessened the march of tyranny upon us? No! Evil spreads why you preach to the wind. The level of effort required now to right the ship is beyond words. If the theft of this election stands people screaming into the wind is just that a flipping noise maker.
I would add, that the powers that be, only feel they can get away with it because our side doesn't riot or use violence and if there is no threat of violence then men will do horrible things to others. Every time a politician makes a forced edict and we follow it, you give them power. its why it went from masks to lock downs to masks in your homes. I am not advocating violence. Its not needed. This is the best case for us; then we can see by vote who's with the Average American and who is not.

The Case over the PA supreme court making law by extending the voting date is already before the SCOTUS, we are still waiting for them to respond. With the full court press on legacy media, I expect SCOTUS to be shitting itself at this point. Its like holding a hand grenade. Either way they vote you have 70 Million rioters. How would you proceed? If they stick to the Constitution then 600,000 ballets get tossed and Trump wins PA. But Roberts will side with the Liberals on the court and everything will hang on Amy Berret for the 5th vote. If she is a wolf in sheeps clothing as I personally suspect, she may very well side with Roberts and the liberals. This means Trump loses PA.
If Trump can convince enough Republicans of fraud and agree to sending delegates to Congress for a contested Legislative vote, its 31 Republicans to 19 Democrats. This is still not a slam dunk. In June the SCOTUS Agreed unanimously that States can force their Electors to vote whatever the popular vote is (real or fraudulent) So that may play a role. Since the legacy media is outright telling politicians if you side with Trump we will come after you, some politicians on the Republican side will cuck.
If the Supreme Court has to step in and decide the election see the first paragraph above.. The Swamp is deep and they have everything invested in this fraud, they will not play nice, they will not follow court orders; our side on the other hand will follow the law, yell "but the Constitution" and does not resort to trickery or deceit. You decide if that is a position of Strength or Weakness.

PA is the only one listed at the SCOTUS so far because of a prior ruling by the Supreme Court of PA. They extended the Election Day beyond the 3rd, thereby changing a law. Unfortunately the Judicial Branch cannot change law they can only adjudicate law. The Constitution is clear on the separation of powers. JUDGES CANNOT MAKE LAW or CHANGE LAW. So it was brought to the SCOTUS who said they would push it back to the lower court (PA Supreme Court) but would revisit it if it became an issue in the election. It has become an ISSUE. SO If SCOTUS Upholds the Constitution and they are not all corrupt they will rule PA's law augmented by the Judicial branch of PA Unconstitutional which means any ballet received after 8pm on the 3rd is invalid. So say good bye to about 700,000 votes for BIden. All of Trumps cases at the state level will most likely not be taken up because the judicial branches of the swings states are run by Democrats and therefore compromised, however he may be able to appeal those all the way to the supreme Court as well.. Unfortunately they will be individual as each state is a sovereign.
