All around me is probably 20% out of state plates that never left when leaf peeping stopped. There are no houses to buy in the $275-$450k range that don't result in bidding wars that no locals can afford. Houses off the market in hours of listed, or under agreement days before open house so all just a waste of time. Its so depressing. I really want to move south were people are friendly and my views will be accepted but family keeps me here.
