I think I know what you're talking about. Sounds like the one where they call each other comrade and one guy keeps interrupting telling everyone not to clap because it triggered his anxiety, so they snap their fingers instead.
Old stories like medieval lore and mythology that mention ghoulish creatures, giants, goblins, etc. are referencing these types of people... and maybe it's not up to us to judge them but perhaps it's our job to bring them to the one being that can.

I don't quite agree with the overall theme of your post. It reads more like conjecture than anything else. The officer who jumped Parscale ignored the most important fact: another officer was handling him.
The officer that was speaking with Parscale had the best feel for the situation and clearly did not feel the need to tackle him. Parscale was obviously aware of the situation, showing his hands and taking his time. At one point he casually put his hand in his pocket but realized his mistake and resumed showing compliance. He neither showed nor spoke any threats to the officer. The only apparel he is wearing are sandals and beach shorts (which are arguably a couple sizes too small). It's clear that he was not armed, though, if he were, there was obviously no intention at any moment he was looking to reach for one.
The cop that jumped him used excessive force. He yells at him a handful of times in quick succession and then proceeds to tackle him. Parscale didn't escalate, engage, or threaten at any moment. His actions were not aggressive by any definition. Despite this needless escalation, Parscale didn't even fight when he was attacked.
Furthermore on the topic of force, a more appropriate response from the tackling officer would be to use a soft-hand approach and physically detain him. Taking someone to the ground on asphalt is a hard-hand tactic and more appropriate for active resistance - not passive resistance. But that is looking at it as though Parscale reasonably was not following commands when he was clearly processing the drastic change in the situation.
Throwing my crude opinion in: that officer is a faggot and needs to get his head out of his ass.
Trump is doing what Hitler did in Germany in the 30s - he's banning Marxist propaganda. They are abusing people's misunderstandings of history to compare Orange Man Bad to Mustache Man Bad. It's all the same. Hitler was nationalist just as Trump is. They're even making up the same propaganda to smear him.
Imagine being a part of this timeline and NOT knowing how great this man is. So many people denying such positive energy.
