At Midnight of Election Day, that's the final curtain of the polls, I'd shut off the internet, turn off the power grid, and simultaneously have marines seige the FBI, CIA, DOJ, DEA, and other agencies, and seize all their disks, boxes of data, and every computer, usb stick and drive; and I'd slap remote detonation collars around every agent geofencing them to their state and jamming all wireless and radio cellsignals until we sort this whole seditoius conspiracy out

The blowback is NOT important

He should pass an executive order, requiring all EXECUTIVE SCHEDULE (ES) employees to be able to pass a Basic Civics Test.
He should make them take a BASIC CIVICS TEST. If they fail this, they are immediately FUMIGATED out of the congress as disqualified for the office which they serve. Or at the least if there is a grandfathering clause, they can only serve until the next election and then they are required to take this test to be re-elected
They must also pass a basic cognitive test. It's something that doesn't necessarily gauge their IQ, but it DOES suggest a basic IQ of 120 to be able to serve. In other words, 120 IQ should be the minimum requirement to serve, and the cogntive test should be able to reflect that.
If we have IQ tests to LIMIT (upper level) police officers, then we should have lower limits to exclude Congresspeople. It's only fair (to everyone)
He should do this immediately
And push it out. He shouldn't threaten it. He should DO IT and then Ask for permission later
He shoudl not do anything unlawful. He must run this by his lawyers, and when they green light, he should do it, and publish it and then notify everyone it has been done on Twitter

President Trump could also propose a "WEBSITE" that allows "Citizens to decide where their taxes go"... let people decide "HOW TO ALLOCATE" their funds "IN A GRANULAR WAY, BY PERCENTAGE"

President Trump could also propose an IMPEACHMENT PROCESS FOR ANY US EMPLOYEE OTHER THAN POTUS, because impeachement of potus is already a right reserved by Congress, as outlined in the Constitution.
Now "the people" need an impeachment process. I recommend a "National Citizen's Referendum" Process for removing ANY US employee at any level, including JUSTICES and CONGRESSPERSONS.
