The State governments in these states in other words, are failures
The Fed Gov needs to take states like Nebraska or the Dakotas or some other very successful state and take those states as a blueprint, maybe even have leaders of those states, train people to then be sent to California and rework the state
ALL THE LAWS of the state need to be essentially deleted
The State constitution needs to be deleted
Start over.
People from the state can go to another state and not be shitty there
People who refuse to leave can either wither and die, or they can step up and take place in the new government of california
The old government MUST die

- You're not allowed to go to public parks or recreate
- In some places there is a curfew so you're not allowed to enjoy "nighttime"
