You could be arrested for 2 things. 1) if you have a firearm AND cannabis, that is one federal charge and 2) if you have cannabis that is a federal felony charge

Insurrection Act federalizes the national guard, taking the national guard away from ALL governors AFAIK--of every state. It's an all or nothing. So if that happens, the federal guard are responsible for enforcing federal law in states, and governors can no longer stop them legally. If they try to use the state/local police to stop the federal police, then that is an act of war and secession; and then in such a case, POTUS is able to actually drop bombs at that point.

insurrection act overturns posse comitatus which means that military cannot be used as police or used against us citizens. The bar is necessarily high and Trump does NOT want to use it. He's wise in this regard. The implications are effectively soft martial law.

You have the insurrection act giving the federalized national guard the absolute authority to arrest people for Cannabis and controlled substance PLUS firearm charges. You are not allowed to have a firearm if you are in possession of a controlled substance. This also presents a conspiracy to commit a felony charge if you have a red card in states where red card is a thing (medical but not recreational cannabis). THus if you have a red card AND a firearm, even if you dont' have cannabis in your possession you could be arrested.

The Executive is one branch of 3 co-equal branches. Meaning that 1 POTUS is equivalent in power to 535 people in Congress, and Nine SCOTUS Justices (I call them superjudges). But even any one person of the other, does NOT have the clearance the POTUS has.

There is NO clearance AFAIK for the POTUS, but none is needed. He requests something to be seen, and they must make it available. If President Trump says otherwise, he's either lying to the public or something is wrong with the situation and the government is not properly functioning.

If you have boobs and a penis you have evidence of both genders, therefore, you're bigendered, not transgendered. Likewise, if you have a vagina, but also a beard (secondary gender / sex characteristic of males), then you're bigendered, not transgendered

We should start calling them Bi-Gendered or Digendered (bi / di as in 2; di as in "dichotomy". Bi is better when spoken aloud)

Trans also suggests that someone is transitioning from one gender to the other, NOT intending to stop halfway. However, unless they go "all the way" (as in surgery), then they are "Stuck in transit, with both genders", hence "bigendered until they are transgendered".

Thus only people with a penis sewn on or a vagina sewn in, should be called "truly trans" otherwise they are fake trans.

I suspect many people who are trans have no intention of fully transitioning, and therefore they are actually not either gender but "Both" genders, and they have created a kind of third gender. But instead of acknowledging that they "want to be a third gender on purpose" they are remarkably dishonest about it and demand that "WE" the normalgendered (cisgendered) identify them as how they present themselves, when in fact there is no language (yet) to refer to them as a third gender

And we should....just come up with a generic third gender for them. I like ZHO / XO and XOR XON or something alien sounding that isn't sounding like EEE or IM ER
