Either Trump wins and dismantles it from the inside, or Biden usurps it and We the People (The Sovereign) dismantle it.

Yes! Refusing this case or siding with PA/et al results in Dem control of the Executive - and likely Legislative branches (same system will steal GA Senate seats - at least one). They will then pack the Court, capturing the Judiciary too. At that point, we no longer have a system of checks and balances and divided government.
I also think that they need to be unified in a 9-0 decision - the Court only has Moral Power to wield. The Legislature has the power of the purse and the Executive has the power of enforcement.
This is a Constitutional Crisis like no other - will the 9 Justices rise to the occasion or cuck out or hold to their petty partisan lines?
Yup - I tried to buy a retractable baton as a non-lethal means of putting threats on the ground by smashing knees. Only to find out that they are illegal in my state, unless you are law enforcement. Good thing I have an old broken ax - the head just won't stay on it anymore.
So - de-register now to send a message, then re-register in time to vote in the primary. But really, they don't care what you think and will choose your candidate for you in the general.

No - just charge them a "Privilege Fee" on any invoice. When they ask what it is, tell them that it covers their excess privilege and the funds will be directed to those less fortunate. That could be your employees, your children, your church - whatever. They need not worry their pretty little heads about the details.
