Here's my theory on this... 20k, now 30k+ troops in DC. Why would Trump need that many? Because DC is THE SWAMP CENTRAL. With all those active troops, the swamp can't activate their killers/scrubbers. They won't be able to move without getting caught or suspected by troops. Why is this necessary? Well, who's going to be in DC for inauguration day?
