the whole election comes down to how the mass mail ballots are handled and honestly it doesn't look like local republicans put up much of a fight
it shouldn't even be going to the supreme court at this point, it should have been there months ago fighting all the loosening of requirements to accept ballots
all that matters is the court cases...
judges will have to either excuse massive lawbreaking because they don't want to disenfranchised the residents of the cheating states (Michigan and pa at least)
or they will apologize to the voters who are being robbed, tell them to elect better people to the executive branch, then empower the state legislature to exercise it's constitutional right to remedy it in line with constitutional authority
either the supremes rule that the PA executive branch wilfully ignored their orders and therefore the state legislature gets to remedy as they see fit
or
states get to ignore the supremes forever because they will have set a precedent that they won't/can't enforce their own rulings
