This is going to be interesting.

The constitution says 10 miles square (meaning 100 square miles) for the establishment of the capital district. I would bet the argument is made that this is not a constitutional amendment and they try to reinterpret the meaning to be 10 square miles, where everything else can be outside of the constitutionally defined range.

The drug store in Athens at UGA sells a steak umm and cheese. It is absolutely fantastic. Always make a point to go there when I’m in town with my wife.

HIPAA doesn’t apply to everyone. Only certain entities are liable under it.

Things like employers are not subject to HIPAA Privacy Rules unless they enter into certain agreements with covered entities.

Covered entities are entities like health insurance providers, health care providers, etc.

Your employer cannot get that information from your provider, but they can get it from you and make employment decisions based on it.

The problem isn't that republicans aren't using these tactics; they are. The problem is anytime the left uses it, it is instantly picked up by news media and parroted like crazy on social media.

Probably could be adequately attested to the fact that soybean oil is in everything and the average human in industrialized nations likely consumes enough to cause substantially lower T and, in conjunction with my above comment, reduced fertility.

I honestly think it has to do with how modern medicine has changed the human need for high sperm counts and increased fertility amongst women. When you enable people that have fertility issues to successfully breed, they will pass on their fertility issues. It’s just how evolution and genetics work.

Call me a doomer or whatever, but I believe that the next 2 years are going to be the most destructive years in the history of our country when it comes to individual and states rights.

Over the past four years under Trump, America has become divided and polarized to a level that I don’t think has ever been matched in our history. Combining that polarization with single party control over both the legislative and executive branch, specifically a party that values collective thought and good over individual rights, I’m deeply concerned about what is to come. The only hope to salvage this disaster in my opinion is overwhelming the judicial branch with challenges and praying for an effectual SCOTUS.

We are truly on the verge of something radical happening. I don’t know if it is war or the establishment of something akin to the IRA, but it’s going to get way worse before it remotely starts to get better, if it even does at all.

I actually welcome this. Just infinite mergers of names. Can't wait to see it 4-5 generations down the road: What's your name? My name is Timmy Smith-Jones-Bryce-Haskins-James-Smith-Garcia-Herbert. What's yours?

^^ what this person said.

They aren’t as short-sighted as a lot of people make them out to be. This is a pretty well-thought out strategy to build loyalty and dependency.

This made me laugh...I don’t condone or recommend doing that, but hilarious nonetheless.

What an absolutely ridiculous thing to focus on...I just can’t fathom this sort of fixation that they have.

Locast.org is also pretty cool for local channels. I run sling and locast on a Roku. Probably dropping Sling until college football season starts back.

He has a ton of really good songs. Don’t just focus on the ones released in the past month.

One of my planks if I were to run for office is to combat the post title by doing the following:

  1. All opinion shows/magazines/media must carry a warning on them very prominently, like a surgeons general warning.
  2. Any retraction that is made must be given the same air time as the original, now-retracted report.
  3. All retractions must be given at a higher profile than the original report. If on page 2, retraction must be on page 1. If below the fold on a newspaper, retraction must be above the fold. If on an afternoon broadcast, retraction must be made on primetime.

I think the problem is that Texans feel like there is no other option. They fought and were told they have no standing. The only other option that I can think is to start sending absurd numbers of electoral college votes or being like “we have 10 senators and 100 reps now, anyone who disagrees, unfortunately, has no standing”

The short today effectively covered their losses in the first short.

Say I shorted for 10 shares @ $50, price shoots up to $500, I panic because I can’t pay the squeeze (10 x $450). I get bailed out and double down. I short again for 10 shares @ $500. Buying freeze occurs, stock drops to $100. I return both shorts, losing $500 on the first and making $4000 on the second. Game, Wall Street.

Yep, just watch. Redhead will have all day to get on a soapbox about it and talk about the steps that the administration has already done to get a bipartisan response.

If this election doesn't make you realize that people are not in fact wiser, I don't know what will. Media will completely control the narrative and deify Biden on this one. The normies that don't look at anything other than what the media wants them to look at will parrot the hell out of it.

Yeah, this honestly is my solution to the bathroom garbage. No longer to we have men's or women's bathrooms. They are entirely based on hardware. There is a P and a V sign, if you have that hardware, that is your bathroom. I don't take my car to a bike shop to get the oil changed...

It's more 14 days from symptoms to death, but either way, it doesn't matter about buying it. Those are the rules that they set, so the reduction is a testament to Trump's response not Biden's.

nutspanther 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well since using their own rules. Deaths are a lagging indicator from at least 14 days. So this change is a testament to Trumps tireless last two weeks. Anything until second week of Feb. should be said to be Trumps win.
