Because they want to mark all of us as enemies. I never had these issues with twitter before and still don't on devices not associated with this IP. However, even if I try to reload Trump's twitter without the referrer it fails over half the time on this IP.
This is anecdotal, but I think they flag the IP once you visit from here. I also get messages about my account (not logged in) not being allowed to view tweets that work fine if I copy/paste the URL

Yeah, I checked one and can't find a death record so far. Still VERY unlikely all these are among the living and/or voted of their own volition.

FWIW, these are the already counted votes and not the estimated remaining votes. That would be a 9% error if every vote in that block was for Biden. Somehow these irregularities seem to only happen in favor of Biden and not Trump. You're free to draw your own conclusion.

There's some really suspect numbers including a block of over 44k votes averaging 92.2% Biden in PA. Not even SF or Portland has numbers like that!
