In other words, from 11% to 12% in, Biden’s vote count increased while trumps decreased. Looks legit!! The algorithms got confused due to too many trump votes.
I doubted at first, then looked closely. The estimated in goes from 12% to 11% counted. I though maybe they were showing an older results. The I saw the > Biden’s total had gone up and Trumps down WHILE the count went from 12% to 11%. They had to keep room at the top for more votes.
