Can you help ... So I went through the Element sign up process (joined Ohio), but keep getting the message below on the two messages I posted, I think it’s generated from other users/admins, and have no idea what it means or how to proceed:
** Unable to decrypt: The sender's device has not sent us the keys for this message. ** Re-request encryption keys from your other sessions
Element FAQ isn’t specific enough and I can’t find any other explainations online.
FYI: I did copy my “keys” before I logged out of my first session and copy/paste these same keys to log in to Element. Should I delete my account, start over and do something different with the “keys” — I remember the were a few other options the first time I logged out?
