In my opinion, this is straight out of the DNC playbook. Same thing they did to Kavanaugh. Biden seems to be failing mentally, it seems very unlikely he can beat Trump. Magically an accusation from decades ago pops up.
They are trying to take him out and replace him with Andrew Cuomo. I knew something was suspicious the last few days when I was seeing more and more "organic" suggestions that Cuomo could be a good candidate for 2020.
