If I recall back in the 60s Judges ruled blocking roadways is an acceptable form of protesting. The issue now is those who are blocking the road are vandalizing and assaulting drivers who generally gun it for there safety. Which is why I'm fine with protesting but you shouldn't be liable if you injured someone while in your vehical because of fearing for your life or simply didn't have enough time to stop

I agree, I like the provision of immunity if you accidentally hit a protestor on the highway disagree charging people for protesting

That an oxymoron corperation aren't private they are public entities. There nothing private about them. The government is completely driven by public intrest ie banks, unions, insurance, publicly traded companies aka corperation, multi nationals, big business, and so on.

A government driven by private interest would not establish laws and regulation that f over private companies and individual on a regular bases

Edit Those who are down voting I dare you to challenge me on this, I have 4000 years of history backing my arguement you have 100 years of propaganda making you believe publicly trade companies are a private entity It even in the terminology, that how ingrain it is. Going Public, Publicly Trades, and check the definition of corporations, collective, syndicate, and so on.

Trump was too dependent on the federalist society and the establishment. He should have listen to his own advice and not hire base on resume. That was his big mistake during the last four years

Public entities ie Government, public banks, insurance, publicly traded companies especially the multi national ones, unions especially Government ones, and so on.

That been the true battle thru history public vs private/individual

Stop supporting publicly trade companies will end this garbage. That includes investing in them via 401k, pension, or any other stock investment

Look at our government now, has it become more justice the larger or more powerful it has become? Is it really having an effect on mitigating crimw? Is it really prosecuting the victims or the criminal cough Kenosha cough

The government only protects itself and the criminal that help keep it in power, that should be obvious to anyone who reads history and

I disagree, the government is what protects the criminal from recourae of you protecting your property with all necessary force. Several natural disaster have shown those who are dependent on the government resort to such behavior and destroy themselves in the process while those who respect each other rights and property will band together and help one another.

The government protects criminals more then they protect property owners or individuals. Sooner majority of the people figure that out the sooner we can start dismantling the mafia organization that wr submit ourselves to.

Pure capitalism doesn't require the government as any government influence undermine capitalism. Remember capitalisn is private selling/buying from private. The government, banks, insurance, publicly trade companies, and unions are all public domain and their influence causes distortion aka bubble in the private market which is why every bubble/crash/disaster has stem from the public sphere

It amazing how much the inquisition is toss around but the lack of context it miss, the catholic kingdom of spain gave full notice in advance and gave the option convert or leave. The inquisition occur to those who fake conversation and suffer for it. No different the what the catholic experience under muslim rule where it was convert or die or pay a heavy tax especially by the Almohad.

Furthermore Majority of Christians 'holy wars' was defensive or to regain lands that were originally Christians lands. Most of the bloodiest Chrisitan religious war was actually among each other Latin vs Orthodox and Lurthers vs Romans

On the same boat, after several decades of being told I'm a POC and that the evil republicans are preventing my fellow POC from entering the nation illegally because they are brown, I just discover I'm white. Go figure 🤔
