This actually happened when I lived in Maryland. There was some kind of tree that was used in China (of course) for hope chests or something of the sort.
Wait, here we go:
I'm so happy for you. God bless you!
You know how a lot of folks here blame liberal white women for the way things are now? Back around 1999-2000 I started getting into knitting (I'm a ladypede) and following various knitting blogs and forums. White liberal women are a very loud subset of avid knitters, and the issues they harped on then are EXACTLY WHAT THEY HARP ON NOW. And oh the butthurt about the 2000 election. So our reality now is exactly what these knitters were screeching about back then. Weird.
See my edit. "SoyStrong". There's a meme in there somewhere!
Where I'm at it went from $59 a sheet to $71 within the last month. And that's for cabinet grade. Sheathing grade is around $90-$100 a sheet. I don't know if it's due to building season or rioting season.
Edit: Okay, I take that back. $75 for sheathing. I'm in the market for SoyStrong myself. https://www.lowes.com/pl/Plywood-sheathing-Lumber-composites-Building-supplies/2811032282438?refinement=1711964039640
The train crash is prophetic. Looking at you United Airlines.
Same! I was looking into substitute teaching but decided to wait until, or if, COVID blows over. Because of the mask.
He didn't know the "vaccines" were going to be poison.
There's a concept in caring for people with dementia. Caregivers can either try to correct the patient when they say something delusional, or they can go along with the delusion. I think going along with the delusion causes less upset to the patient. How should Trump have dealt with millions of people who were absolutely freaking out about COVID, and a press that would tear him apart no matter what he did. Go along with the delusion.
Jehovah's Witnesses aren't supposed to vote.
Then become a pilot for United.
I don't know what her deal was, but it did seem like her disability came and went depending on the situation. And she was always the first person in the building to complain if something wasn't to her liking, spinning it into an ADA issue. Even the other EEO people thought she was ridiculous!
I once worked with a woman who claimed to be legally blind. Used a cane and everything. She worked in EEO so I'm sure it was played up to boost her oppression cred. One day I came out of our building to find her doing this--peering over the parking lot to see if her ride was coming.
Drag is the same as blackface. Change my mind.
Anyone got a list of the 70 companies?
I don't know enough about the "vaccines" to ask more specific questions, only enough to know I don't want it, and I didn't want to antagonize anyone at the donor center anyway. But yeah, that's a good question. Maybe we should start banking our own blood to be safe.
Make New York New Amsterdam again.
If only she could turn back time . . .
Genuine laugh, thanks!
But Desmond is amazing.
Nothing new. Cosmo has been absolute trash its entire existence.
Thanks for the follow-up! I would have never guessed mothers were the main killers of children. Outside of abortion that is. I used to be a true crime buff and the cases that get reported seem to mainly fall under the categories of "death by boyfriend" and non-custodial fathers. Also nannies.
That's also weird about the dopamine. You know what else nurses are (or used to be) #1 at? Hoarding. It could be the same impulse--buying stuff gives you a hit of natural dopamine.
Thanks again for the info.
Got a source for that?
Yeah, I was joking.
You'll be in my prayers.
Amen.
