Use a adblocker like Ublock. I 100% block 100% of all ad's on any and all Google applications. I also let them know somewhat often that I am actively blocking the commercials there.

Thank you for posting this, I had no idea what Gab was and couldn't find the right one on the Google Playstore. Looks like they censored Gab there along with Parler.
