I've been able to get what I need here in California but limited to two boxes ea of any type per day so I just go to the gun store every day get 8 boxes (2x2 types of 9mm and 2x2 types of 44

I photograph houses for sale in California for a living and most of them were moving to Texas and leaving their generators behind for the buyers because of our annual rolling blackouts. Bet they all wished they hadn't.
It's become a fact of life here in California to own a generator. I wonder how many Californians left theirs behind when moving to Texas this year? (Note: I'm a professional real estate photographer and most of the homes I shoot have generators and most of the homes that sell in my area were because owners were moving to Texas)

When my husband was very vulnerable and bedridden, prone to catch illness from others, every single time people flew in to visit him, he got very sick the next day. To their annoyance I started making them change their clothes and shower before greeting him and he stopped getting sick from the visits.
Not judging yet as I wonder if it was Matze's big proclamation of unity and "putting aside our differences" with the democrats that got him ousted.

God bless you. I have a friend with liver cancer who did not get his transplant and he's still doing pretty well... after 10 years. Research everything you can alternatively while you wait. That's what I did for my husband, who was told by many doctors after multiple organ failure that he would not survive for 2 more weeks. That was also 10 years ago and he's going strong now.
I hear you, it's been rare for me, too, to come across people that I want to have more than a brief superficial conversation with.

I had been thinking about it more and more since the election... that I need to join up with a good community of people. I'm kind of a loner. One day I was working and saw a cool homemade Trump sign on a car parked near my job site and gave a thumbs up. We started chatting and the person implored me to come to their church. I thought, "Nah, I don't do that..." and as I left, I thought about how I'd been wanting to find one and that maybe this was a Holy Spirit intervention and I owed myself the chance to find out. Turns out it was. So just start with your intention/desire to find one and it when you least expect it, it will find you!
Thanks for the suggestions. One of my current favorites is a podcast called Desiring God. Down to earth and very listen-able. Charles Stanley is good, too. Calms my fears when I get too aware of the national goings-on.

Interesting you say that. I've been a believer all my life but not a church-goer. I was recently told about a church where the pastor talks freely about our political status, prays for Trump and calls the fraud for what it is. I tried it out and like it a lot. I live in a locked down state but he's keeping the doors open and made friends with the local sheriff who parks there. Masks are optional (I've only seen one person wearing one). People hug and shake hands and the message from the podium is relevant to what we are facing. Adding this community of like minded individuals is doing a lot for my peace of mind. The pastor is a great message bearer. Not charismatic. Looks more like a plumber than a priestly type, lol. The current study subject is the Book of Revelation, big surprise!
Reports I've heard is that they want 9 out of 10 of us dead. I guess they fantasize about having the world as their private "green" playground with just enough people for slaves. If it comes to that then I will have to go Patrick Henry on them. I hear the afterlife is much better anyway. I'd rather walk into it with some courage than as a coward.
Depends on where you live. In California all private party gun sales are required to go through a licensed dealer and be registered last I heard. And if a gun gets stolen and is used in a crime, if the owner didn't have the gun secured in a locked safe when it was stolen then they are held as liable for the crime as the person who committed the crime. This is according to a firearms instructor I know.

Don't do it. Too much risk and you have too much to lose being that close to barely surviving. Find a sitting job somewhere that's more reliable, while you heal more. Betting on stocks is only for people who can afford to lose. You can't.
