You’re right, Tech does ruin every city it touches. I remember when Amazon HQ2 was being proposed to a bunch of different cities in the a southeast and all these local idiot leaders were clamoring to get it like “WE NEED AMAZON, ALL THE JOBS FOR OUR CITIZENS, GROWTH AND TAX REVENUE IT WILL BRING.” And the whole time I was like fuck no we don’t need that garbage. That would have ruined the entire region permanently with all their newly imported liberal workers.
And the worst part is the people yelling for it were “conservatives.” These people try to buy businesses and then literally get themselves voted out of office in the process by the people they spread their cheeks for.
I say let these fucks have their cities and the rest of us red blooded Americans keep the country. Except with one small caveat, enact strong zoning restrictions so they can’t flee the city and build new suburbs and mini cities to escape the hell they created. Life’s better without crowds and traffic anyway.

I’m happy the market is doing well, but let’s not pretend stocks are the entire economy. That’s exactly the problem—these urban metro shit centers. The states need some form of Electoral college at the state level. This type of liberal insurgency will kill us. Just look at every major US city, 1% of the state rules the politics of 99% of the landmass.

Except I can “sell” any of those guns to anyone at anytime Or buy new ones through private parties and there will never be a paper trail of anything. If you even go to the range without your registration papers you can be in big trouble. And if you die without a trust then the ATF comes to your house to collect the device for destruction. Humans are meant to work. I personally find that physical labor from farming is the most gratifying thing I've ever done.
It's wrong because businesses that need the money are not getting it. All the business owners I am friends with have not received a thing, and we all meet the criteria and applied within minutes of the application period.
This above all else. Until we get these states to stop restricting free enterprise the entire economy is going to depend on PPP money. They are fucking killing the whole thing.
