I know a lawyer who works in the homicide dept at the DA in Philadelphia. We were chatting about this the other day and I asked him how many shootings occur with "legally purchased" guns. He laughed and said "none". I had never heard about "ghost guns" before, but he explained that even if you outlawed guns in the US, people can purchase ghost guns from many different sources. You can never get rid of guns. Only good guys with guns can stop bad guys with guns.
