Just in case you haven't checked the old website since moving over, the domain owner posted a note recently. I just noticed it myself. Definitely worth the read.
DNS and email moved over. Almost done transitioning to in-house, dedicated servers.
I'm sick of supporting these commies. Time to start fighting with our wallets.
I don't post often, but over the past couple of weeks I've noticed an uptick in comments blaming women and immigrants for the problems in our country (most of the community doesn't fall into this category, so this isn't intended as a post targeted at the general td.win user). This needs to stop. We cannot let a trend like this continue into the election. At best, this started due to ignorance; at worst, this is a planned political attempt to paint us as racist and sexist. Either way, this type of behavior employs a divide and conquer strategy against ourselves. We need to shut this down whenever we see it.
For any conservative making this type of post, I'd like to provide some basic arguments against that manner of thinking. I don't claim to be an expert in any one of these topics, so if I've made any invalid points or stated something false, please let me know in the comments. I'm willing to accept that my views are wrong, so if you disagree, then by all means convince me otherwise.
My assumption is that posts blaming women come from the perspective that the country has become substantially more progressive after women gained the right to vote in 1920. First, it's difficult to assign that blame to any one demographic, since during that time the democratic party has used successful strategies to attract women, youth, and minorities. Second, 1920 was not a turning point for the country in terms of its tendency towards progressive policy: it started far before that, indicating that men have also increasingly voted for progressive policies. Either way, it's difficult to argue that women were even a substantial cause for the country's progressive trend.
Immigrants have not historically voted for progressive policies, so it's absurd to make this case. We're a 250 year old country that has grown substantially due to immigration during that entire period, and the American philosophy has held so steadfastly during that time that the communists hit a wall during their initial attempts to push their marxist propaganda (have's vs have not's). It's only in recent years (1960+) that the democrats have made a successful, concerted effort to win over immigrants and minorities.
It's imperative to understand the primary strategy the democrats have used to gain support: divide and conquer by choosing a demographic and then convincing one side that the other one oppresses them (see: cultural marxism). They co-opted feminism, which originally started as a movement to obtain equality under the law, and turned it into a "men oppress women" philosophy, which they cemented into society by creating entire degrees around it. They co-opted the civil rights movement to obtain equality for minorities under the law, and they turned it into a "whites oppress minorities" crusade. Since their inception, they've pitted young against old by pushing the idea that the elderly are out of touch ("ok boomer"), and they've created a system to make life more difficult for the young. This is how they work: by spreading hate.
We need to continue our pragmatic approach to saving our country. Rather than causing division, treat every person as an individual. Each person has a unique belief system and history. Welcome them with wide open arms and then convince them using the wealth of logic and reasoning behind individualist philosophy. Relentlessly showing them how much more genuinely free, fun, and caring we are will undoubtedly win over hearts and minds in droves.
Let's not do the democrats' work for them by using their strategies against ourselves.
Edit: One comment mentioned that I'm conflating illegal immigrants with legal immigrants. That's not my intent. The posts and comments I'm trying to combat are try to make the case that legal immigration has caused a progressive trend.
It really blows my mind how the constant battle between T_D and Reddit, with all their insane rules and thought policing, created an imperceptible chilling effect for me. It felt very similar to the pressure to hold my tongue when spending time at bars in major cities, which tend to be dominated by liberals (a habit I've tried to break over the past year, which led to meeting an astonishing number of incredible conservatives). I didn't realize that chilling effect existed until moving over to thedonald.win, where I feel like I don't have to worry about offending any overlords (in retrospect, I never had to worry).
Has anyone else experienced this, or am I just a total pussy? Either way, glad to be here manning the meme cannons with you glorious bastards. Four more years and Epstein didn't kill himself.
Edit: Eric Ciaramella is the whistleblower.
Some pedes sitting in the back with Corn Pop cereal boxes. I'm expecting great things.
(About 400 people here, in case anyone cares.)
Props to the devs and the testers! No more laggy Reddit post popups with slow loading pages.
Loving the new site, and looking forward to many more uncensored, dank memes. Can't stop the Trump train!
