Once again, Democrats are saying black people aren't smart enough to figure out how to vote.

How does this relate? If you're implicating Gates, I'll point out that he no longer works there, nor is he even on the board of directors.

Theft alone is not a basis for law enforcement in San Francisco, either.

Democrats treat laws like they're suggestions, not laws.

Then they act like dictators in Congress.

But, they'll put a guy in a ridiculous outfit in jail for nearly 4 years for peacefully protesting inside the Capitol.

I don't know about that, but he definitely stands alone sniffing little girls' hair.

KN95 is NOT N95. It is a Chinese standard.

Sadly, America seems to have just given up on being a world manufacturing powerhouse, so we must resign to fighting for $22/hr putting sour cream on the side of a taco.

Does "Latinx" mean "LGBTQ+" or "victimhood mentality"? Just trying to understand that last line.

We already have digital dollars. WTF do you think is in your bank account? It's not physical.

He's boasting about how much progress there is on vaccinating people, while ... what was the reason few were vaccinated when he took office? Oh, yeah... because the vaccine had just been approved and it took time to manufacture large quantities.

He boasted about all the jobs created, as if going back to work is creating new jobs. I'd like a report of the total count of jobs before COVID-19 and today. Just because Taco Bell re-opened and employees went back to work does not mean there were new jobs created.

He boasted of the low unemployment rate. Yeah? Well, I know first-hand that a lot of people simply do not want to work. Some are still getting benefits like free rent money.

He boasted of the lowest child poverty rates. Do you know why? I think it has to do with the fact the government was giving money parents. Well, that has now ended, so let's "circle back" to that in 2 months, shall we?

He talked about the skyrocketing prices. So what is he going to do? I'm not sure, but something about the federal reserve. It is not clear what the details of that are, but I don't think the federal reserve is the right vehicle to fight inflation. I guess they could jack up interest rates. That will be so wonderful for people trying to buy new homes, won't it? I'll admit I am not an economist and do not fully understand how raising interest rates will slow inflation, but I think the way it works is "nobody has money to buy anything".

Yeah, it's laughable. Just imagine everyone getting up one day and switching buildings. It just did not happen.

The best answer I got when I asked about when this supposed switch happened was "it happened over time". In other words, the parties did not switch. What happened was that Democrats went from the "party of the blue-collar worker" (one reason I used to vote Dem most of the time) to being outward socialist and communists.

I ask people "when do you think the parties switched?" You will be amazed at the answers. I have been told the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, 1960s, and 1980s. Those who claim the parties switched are not prepared to answer this question. I'm sure they'll get their act together one day, though. But for now, they're just making up stuff when asked about it and it's all over the place.

frontline workers are now vaccinated at the company

If working in a factory is "frontline" work, who isn't doing "frontline" work? Can someone give me a definition of this?

I had understood the word to mean workers who are interacting directly with the public, like police, fire, Taco Bell order-taker, UPS store clerk, etc. Apparently, my definition is wrong. That, or they're trying to call everyone frontline.

That's him. Thanks!

Then they tried to argue the parties switched, as if the Democrats used to be Republicans fighting for civil rights for decades. If the Democrats are good at anything, it's spinning the truth and lying until the lie becomes "fact".

I saw he had a good friend who was a "grand wizard" or whatever they call themselves. Democrat thing.

I had the same thought. The timing is definitely weird, regardless. We've got testing places all over the place, so why send tests to homes? I'm guessing they plan to wind down some of the testing sites soon. Why send masks out? I figured they probably have more in the "strategic stockpile" than they're going to need. That, or they are expiring soon. (Is there an expiration date on the filters?)

In any case, if the Spanish Flu is any indicator, this thing is about over.

This is actually how science works these days. People who subscribe to the climate change narrative get funding to support the narrative. Those who do not get no funding.

It's the same with social issue. You will get run out of the field if you do research on IQ. Is it a legitimate indicator of outcomes? Nobody knows, because research is effectively forbidden. However, you will get praised for fabricating an explanation -- if with admitted fiction for dramatic effect -- for how some long-dead, white southern Democrat plantation owner is the reason black people in NYC are poor today.

it's sad that science stops being science once politics or money is involved.

That was reported to be true.

On a positive note, there is no way to prove the vaccine caused any deaths. Nobody in power wants to admit that might be a thing.

1
paulej 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'd share a link to the CDC for this woman showing there are virtually no deaths due to COVID-19, but I'd be banned for spreading misinformation. I know, because that literally happened on one site. Yeah, there are some who die, but half the rate of pneumonia and most affected are likely obese.

They just do not want to hear the truth: the kids would be fine without a vaccine.
