I think that TGP is using the same dataset as I am for this. I have been trying to locate nation-wide incremental Edison Research data PER COUNTY for a couple of days now without luck. Per precinct would be even better, but eh, I’d settle for per county if I could find it. I know that data is out there in the public somewhere...

It’s important to keep in mind regarding what you said about court and what they are willing to take into account when adjudicating cases - DNA evidence is also a statistical analysis. Whether or not the statistical analysis of DNA is admissible in court is a question of how probable that analysis is to be correct. When corroborated with motive and expert testimony, the combination counts as pretty solid evidence the courts are willing to adjudicate based upon. The same sort of thing applies here.
That being said, obviously an adjudication related to the result of a presidential election...is a much different animal still.

I can make it with date and time on the x-axis. The reason I don't have it like that is it throws off scaling due to the large number of data points at the beginning of counting. I'll just use the date and times as labels and keep the current scaling. I'll submit it and send that to you later on today. Need to start working soon so I wont have time until later.

Good call. At this link is all of the graph images for each jurisdiction, as well as all of the raw data used to generate them. The data is sourced from Edison Research through a New York Times API.
One of the subjective tests that courts use is: "...so obvious that even the lay person can see it". The fraud in this election is so obvious that even the lay person can see it.

That seems about right to me. After the bulk Biden votes get counted in on each of the graphs, the Biden votes pretty much grow at a flat 1%-3% rate higher than Trump's it seems.

The places in the image labeled with the letter 'D' are "glitches" (as they call them) caused by Dominion software or somebody operating Dominion software. Only the software can cause reductions in the vote count. The rest of it is ambiguous what the jumps are caused by and we can only speculate the exact cause based on this data.
I generated these types of charts for all states + Washington DC. If anybody is interested in the rest, let me know and I'll post that too. There are anomalies in some of the other competitive states, and Nevada also fits the pattern detailed in the original post.
