If your daughter was with you/will be with you, remember that she may tell a different version of the story, so you want to make sure to always go vague in those situations “don’t know” or “don’t remember” doesn’t contradict with your daughters list of attendees when your ex interrogates her.

I think the distinction between burning American flags and a BLM flag is this:
Usually those burning an American flag are burning their own flag. It’s freedom of speech, and destruction of their own property.
If the proud boys went out and got their own BLM flag to burn, it would be no different than the above.
If they took the flag from a BLM person and burned it, they are guilty of petty theft, and would be liable for the replacement of said property + whatever penalties there are for petty theft in said jurisdiction.
However, considering the fact that the police stand back and watch while these white BLM people assault patriots and steal our flags, equal enforcement of the law would be to let it slide.

This last four years has made me an honorary Missourian. One arrest (Klinesmith) after four years of overwhelming corruption, easily proven with open source data that many of us have known this whole time.
