I’m not sure Ezekiel bread counts as “food”
It’s like a bag of bird seed in loaf form
Not who you are talking about but you made me think about this champion.
From California; ran for mayor of Oakland, governor, and most recently US congress for Fartswells seat - his “cut off the thieves hands and then maybe they will stop stealing” approach would have certainly been a winner in my books.
I’m tired of hearing my 7 year old watch YouTube videos of dudes in their 20s and 30s playing Minecraft.
When I was his age (okay, a little older i guess) I grew up watching wholesome educational content - watching stick figures murder each other in cheesy flash videos.
He definitely won’t be acquitted (or found guilty) of intentional homicide, like Mad Max demanded, since the state hasn’t even charged him with that.
With regards to the three flavors of manslaughter (my laymen terms, not minnedishu legal terms) I suspect the best case scenario is for the jury to hang and for there to be a mistrial.
If one lone juror decides to look at the law and the facts, as presented, there is no way the state overcame the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
I guarantee you that there is at least one juror (probably most of them) that had their minds made up to convict before the trial started and had no interest in listening to anything other than the ridiculous circus side show the state put on for their benefit.
Unless that one lone juror who looked at the facts and the totality of the evidence also has balls of steel for their own personal sacrifice at the altar of the woke gods, they will probably be willing to compromise and vote guilty on the assault and lessor manslaughter charge to try and safe face with the arson squad (it won’t save them, but they might think it will).
Things are looking mighty dark for Chauvin, but the conviction has a good chance of reversal on appeal.
Don’t worry - the blue shitholes will still burn, woke businesses will find their woke investments in BLM will be for naught as their stores are pillaged once again, because let’s be serious. This isn’t about Chauvin or Floyd, it’s about free TVs and nikes.
+1 all around for some good old fashioned ball busting
I remember the old days like 5 days ago when this was socially acceptable among frens
He’s not. I don’t give a shit about Chauvin. He probably voted for Biden.
From a legal perspective, he is innocent of the charges against him, but he will get shafted. I’m not going to shed any tears for him or his city when it inevitably burns. Democrat shithole cities and states are a hazard to your health and your freedom, that’s the cost of living/working there.
At least one - one juror openly stated that he registered to vote for the sole reason of hoping to be a juror on this case.
Another one got caught with a book deal and didn’t get booted by the hack judge. How much you want to bet the book deal isn’t for a book about how the state didn’t prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt?
Lmfao dem cities gon’ burn either way
Something about pearls and swine and shit ;-)
His best hope is a hung jury/mistrial. I would say his best likely outcome will be guilty on the assault and maybe manslaughter charge, and hung jury on the two murder charges (I think they can split them like that, otherwise it would just hang).
One of the jury members registered to vote solely for the hope of being a juror on the St. Floyd case.
Another one got caught working out a book deal while the trial was in progress - and wasn’t removed by the judge.
It only takes one juror who refuses to budge on the fact that the state did not prove any of the charges beyond a reasonable doubt, and the jury will hang. But will that one juror (or two maybe?) be able to withstand the pressure of knowing they will be immediately outed to the press, have their home burned to the ground, possibly themselves or their family killed by the mob?
The only people willing to stay on this jury are likely those who intend on convicting no matter what
The problem with all of this bullshit is that if they effectively ban people from society for not taking the vaccine, it doesn’t matter if you decline/refuse it.
No one should be allowed to require a fucking experimental vaccine for anything. WTF is wrong with humanity
The Xbox 360 really was that bad
You are correct. Legal Insurrection has done a terrific job covering this trial.
Jury had Friday and the weekend off after everything wrapped up Thursday. Closing statements following by jury deliberation/sequestration begins tomorrow.
I have some family in Kansas and that was what they had up until recently. I forget what it’s called but it’s point to point wireless (frontier link maybe?).
I didn’t check what the specs were the last time I was there but the kids didn’t complain about the internet not working so it would be an improvement over the Verizon hotspot they had last time we were there.
Depends on what your definition of rural is. You aren’t getting gigabit unless you have a fiber node nearby.
Spez: I live on the outskirts of suburbia and can get gigabit fiber. Any further and you get into DSL or satellite zone which is awful.
I don’t think this is ever going to get old
Maybe OP “got Jesus” and changed his sinful “racist” (aka making observations) ways
Most handguns are semi-auto
Even if it doesn’t deter everyone from trying (it will definitely deter some), getting shot enough times will certainly deter someone from continuing their attack.
There is a process for whistleblowers.
The DoD guy that whistle blew along the appropriate channels about the office of net assessment (the ones running Halper) got fired, investigated and had his security clearance revoked.
That’s the equivalent of a lawyer getting fired then disbarred for the professional government employee grifter business.
And that was over some pretty petty graft and mismanagement of funds issues - nothing even close to what Snowden blew the whistle on.
Had he even attempted to follow any normal channels short of “release the info everywhere” he would be dead and the info would have never seen the light of day.
It’s a shame the DC snipers didn’t focus more on DC and less on random targets in parking lots.
Wasted opportunity.
There were only two outcomes from the beginning once the jurors were allowed to be seated:
Guilty or mistrial.
One juror is already signing book deals - got caught, but the judge didn’t boot them.
Another juror told them during voir dire (or whatever it’s called) that he registered to vote hoping he would get selected for jury duty on the Chauvin case.
With jurors who had already decided to vote guilty no matter what before the case even started, acquittal was never an option.
Which is fine by me - I don’t give a fuck about Chauvin or Minnedishu. Minnesota asked for this and Chauvin probably voted for Biden so fuck em.
Into a brick wall
I usually tell that to the blood donor shills that harass you outside of Walmart. As loudly as possible
