The real crux of the matter is the supreme court. The issue being that it will appear to the general public that the supreme court is overruling an election result thus putting targets on the justices heads, but also making them appear as political activists as well. That's why the court of public opinion actually matters a whole lot right now, more so than an actual court. If Trump wants to have an even better chance at winning the lawsuit he should have daily press conferences much like Bush was having where he would update everyone with where the case was and what happened that day. Trump has been losing the information war since the night of the election and everyday since. Each day he lets pass by where he doesn't take control and show that he is president is a win for Biden. Now that's not to say he won't win in the SCOTUS he definitely should as his case is clearly originalist and the SCOTUS is packed with originalist, but he would help himself out more if he was in front of the cameras daily. IMO
