You say, "I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing." But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent. — Revelation 3:17-19

The link I pointed you to (https://evidencetobelieve.net/reliability-of-the-bible/) addresses books like Enoch (often called "Apocrypha"), under the heading How Did the Early Church View the “Other Books”? You can find other online resources addressing this too.

I'm hoping you take a look at that page and look honestly for answers to your own questions. (It seems like you're here just looking for a slappy fight.) I also hope you'll consider why you, as an atheist, care about truth at all.

Lots of books though have been factually removed from the Bible... What do you say to that?

You gave me the names of zero books. What is there to say?

Also, my understanding is that many bibles now in use do have some errors with especially early Old Testament translations, such as in Genesis.

If you believe there are specific errors in the Bible, you didn't mention any.

It's obvious that you care about what's true and what isn't, and that's critically important when talking about the Bible. Atheism (which I assume you adhere to) gives you no reason to care about the truth about anything. So why do you care about it?

Serious question: Can you point us to a few of these countless variations that differ only by their service to those in control at the time?

As a counterpoint, consider reading about the history of the Bible's manuscripts: https://evidencetobelieve.net/reliability-of-the-bible/

Even though the two copies of Isaiah discovered in Qumran Cave 1 near the Dead Sea in 1947 were a thousand years earlier than the oldest dated manuscript previous known (A.D. 980), they proved to be word for word identical with our standard Hebrew Bible in more than 95 percent of the text. The 5 percent variation consisted chiefly of obvious slips of the pen and variations in spelling. They do not affect the message of revelation in the slightest.

Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and they exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible mankind, of birds, four-footed animals, and crawling creatures. Therefore God gave them up to vile impurity in the lusts of their hearts, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them. For they exchanged the truth of God for falsehood, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. — Romans 1:22-25

"In 2016, I thought Donald J. Trump was like Samson..." I laughed at this, but it's really a good comparison. I hope nobody gouges out Trump's eyes, though.

Thanks for posting.

... because we are worthy of Your judgement.

More than 3000 abortions in the USA every day. A million per year.

God destroyed the Canaanites for child sacrifice. We are worthy of the same judgment for sacrificing ours.

Almost all of them from Tallahassee or nearby. Basically 170 locals in a local investigation. Imagine how much bigger the problem is nationally. That's insane.

Good verses, thanks for posting them.

Here are some verses that I reference a lot these days...

Don't be anxious, pray:

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. — Philippians 4:6-7

Focus on the positive:

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy — meditate on these things. — Philippians 4:8

Focus on God & today's troubles:

But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these [necessary] things will be provided to you. So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. — Matthew 6:34-35

"The polls don't know the future... but this lawyer does!"

I'm with you. If he's right, he guessed right. If he's wrong, he guessed wrong. He doesn't know the future any more than the rest of us do.

In what is believed to be the first-ever address from an Iowa governor televised live during prime time, Reynolds on Monday night posited that Iowans may have become complacent, possibly leading to the latest spikes in cases, hospitalizations and deaths. — Cedar Rapids Gazette

You may have become complacent, comrade. These hospitalizations and deaths? Quite possibly your fault.

I'm glad you're doing better. I've been there too, plenty of times. (And I'm glad you know it's the meds behind it now.)

On top of your regular routine, don't be afraid to pray! Even if you're not a Christian, the worst it will do is nothing. 😊

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. — Philippians 4:6-7

... And do what you can to focus on the positive.

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy — meditate on these things. — Philippians 4:8

Searching for “The Secretary of State took these people’s vote and changed it” and "Robin Misfud" gave me about a dozen clone sites pointing to the same source.

Maybe I'm the only one who remembers Jim Hoft reporting Twitter jokes as fact...

Agreed, the media can say anything they want about projections and "calling it." Nothing here is final.
