Correct. But millions are sick to their stomach and scared and the more it continues the more they want it to end. This is a life altering experience for most people in this state. Seeing the state they love burn leaderless in front of them is having a major affect especially for the small business owners that just worked to prepare for opening on Monday. This is their last stand in many cases to save their livelihood because they've been closed and don't have the money to fix any destruction a selfish punk may cause.
Fuck them! Come tell that to the face of Minnesotans and not your fake news camera! This has to end or people will start taking it in to their own hands and make things worse. But if the rioters dare to attack any neighborhoods it will be the people that clear the streets to protect each other since our state is leaderless and the city of Minneapolis is leaderless and it's not ok!
I'm in the suburbs opposite of Minneapolis thank God but there were neighboring cities that are closer and the city the cop is from is very close and groups were starting shit which caused road blocks of the malls, cub foods and Target's are closing here out of precaution but if they really spread in to the suburbs it's not going to be played out the same way. So far they are not attacking houses and random people outside of the stuff at Target yesterday but the second they do every house has guns and many with kids to protect inside. Where the fuck is our governor? Where the fuck is the mayor and police chief? The national guard needs to shut this down. Small businesses are geared up to open Monday and owners of every race are guarding their shops with weapons because who else is going to help protect their livelihood? How many more are Soros going to ship in and use to incite continued destruction? I'm 2 weeks from saying, I'm done with the state I love and moving if things are not improving. Oh and no one here cares about the damn virus anymore.
The governor and mayor Have no leadership skills and no ability to comprehend what's needed in serious situations and it shows. Don't elect a politician with a teaching background and expect to have the right things done in a crisis. We are STILL putting infected elderly in to nursing homes!
Majority of any protesters here are not rioting. Look at the timeline. The night after this happened peaceful coming together as a community. Then outside actors start inciting stuff. Some of these people rioting are NOT FROM HERE! The police chief said as much today. Ive seen some come from Chicago and Milwaukee and they were just agitators. However, the people making their way out to the suburbs were using public transportation and that has been suspended through the weekend. Minnesotans are not happy with this as it's taken away from the tragedy and is only making things worse. I do think it's odd they are targeting the big stores that have been the only ones open for 2 months.
Most of us here have been united about this tragedy and all my leftist friends are just as irate about these riots. They shut down public transportation. There are smaller things starting in a few suburbs now too. Which will not be ok with anyone. If anything moves in to neighborhoods there I can't see it lasting long. Every house has guns in Minnesota. Most are still stuck at home.
This is being used by evil people to cause problems because Minnesotans were united against this tragedy and have been over the lockdown for weeks and the government knows it. The fact Walz was down there with some of the monsters at one point tells you all you need to know. They are so scared to lose Minnesota and just pretend we don't see the sheet over our eyes.
They are trying to improvise with the situation they have and they are not doing a good job. People are done with this. Waiting for the day they can go to any store or restaurant they want. It's pent up. They are gambling with this because they have to come up with other strategies. It's transparent and evil. We must be terrifying them to the point of them continuing to advocate destroying our economy and jobs more and more each day.
Oh the city is a rancid cesspool of leftists. This is something everyone should be able to unite against. So far at least one of my friends that is a feminist has been circulating calls for the mayor and governor to resign. I don't know about stretching it up to the governor's mansion as he has nothing to do with the MLPS PD but a lot of anger in an already tense city.
I don't think it is that much to ask to take your knee off of someone's neck. I'm sure people say they can't breathe and they are hurt when getting apprehended but that is no excuse and shows he was just being an asshole. It would be one thing if he was the only officer there but that wasn't the case and even then you're a 'professional' cop, do you not know how to do your job by now? Isn't it that we are innocent until proven guilty? I feel like many law enforcement orgs don't care about that in way too many situations. There is a reason we have a justice system and it isn't the police.
Absolutely overreaching on power more and more. They shouldn't have started their biggest blunder in history by using bad models and saying 2 weeks to keep the hospitals from overcrowding. It's disgusting watching any news channel talk about this stuff still too. CBS just had a thing on how terrible people were for living like normal again over the holiday weekend. They are only fooling a distinct portion of the population at this point and look like fools.

I really don't understand why they want to use this push to censor GEOTUS thinking it will work to their advantage whatsoever. They have to know that no one trusts anything they say already. We need to go after these activist companies. They are a shining example of fascism , the government doesn't have to take over the companies if they collude with and support the politicians narrative being pushed.
I wanna see economic numbers out of states that were at least mostly open over the weekend and even the last couple of weeks. They know the second they let their grip go and open things everyone gets back to life and jump starting the economy again. They don't want that. They think it helps themselves to do this (it's all they care about). It hurts them exponentially as the days go on. They clearly don't care about the jobs they fucking with and lives they are ruining. If they put sick elderly patients in to locked down nursing homes thinking it was in the people's best interest what else are they doing to exacerbate this that is affecting you?
No one cares anymore out here is Minnesota and Wisconsin. I got to see what normal is like out at the bars and restaurants with thousands of unmasked friendly Americans. No 6 feet apart BS. Nothing. And it was glorious! Trust me, they are losing the narrative with people more and more each day. The fact that Karen's are loud and spawn randomly it only seems like most people are still living in fear.

They did this to an extent in Minnesota and we always had thousands of available beds and ICU. I don't get how the brainless Karen's go around saying they are killing someone's Grandma or something by not staying home, etc. When the state should have locked them down and not let any infected in! They locked down the healthy so they could help save the elderly they were infecting and killing due to their policy with nursing homes.
