State governments have a whole bunch of powers they can use that the federal government does not or isn't supposed to be able to have. This is why state elections are just as important as federal elections. A state government has far more control over things that will affect you more directly simply because you live in that state. However, State governments are still required to uphold the constitution.

And remember to never put your trust in the polls, everyone MUST fight harder than 2016 and MUST vote! Assume we are losing but do enjoy the positive feels these polls provide. If these polls being weighted in favor of anything against Trump are shooting out these numbers it means they didn't expect it and the real numbers are that much better. They are probably adjusting things for next round of polling to better fit their narrative.

I am disgusted with the way Walz has just followed in the footsteps of the other major liberal hell holes. Minnesota is not NYC or LA or Seattle or Chicago and many people are fed up after only a week and a half since most everything else was already shut down. He has no idea what hes fucking doing, I was giving him somewhat of a chance in that had kept postponing a shelter in place order and we have not been hit very badly. Or it could be a lot of us have already had it and thought it was a normal winter cold/stomach bug or something.
