A lot of people don't know this, but Fulton County screws up every election. They have at least since the 90's. Every 2 years in the local news....Fulton screws up.

New York is losing 2 seats, PA, MN, NM, OH and MI all losing 1 seat...and their respective electoral votes.
Texas is picking up 3, Florida gets 2 and Montana and NC each get 1. The GOP controls both chambers in each of those states.
Fulton County, GA didn't have any glitch. They stopped counting at 10:30 and gave no reason other than...we planned it that way all along.
