The US Electoral College voters aren't bound by law to vote for their party's candidate. They almost always do, and it's essentially political suicide if they don't, but they are not forbidden from voting for the other party if they think the election was fraudulent. It has happened in history.
It's highly unlikely though. We're talking about the Democrat Party, they fucking love fraud. Imagine the most diehard Democrat on the planet deciding Trump deserves to win. I should just delete my comment, now that I think about it. 🙃
Let's not forget... we also have the possibility of Faithless Electors. If this thing stinks to high hell of fraud, we may get a few folks in the Electoral College that do the right thing.

Exactly why all the states are holding back. They want to be able to block any path Trump may have to win. They are holding out to see which state(s) he wins, and then they'll release another flood of Biden votes in the other states that will block any path Trump could have to win.
